1. Return Eligibility

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Items that are not in their original condition, or are damaged due to customer handling, may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

3. Return Process

  • Whether you would like a refund or replacement

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending back your item.


4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
